PANCHAYAT SEASON 5 RELEASE DATE — WHEN IS IT COMING?

There is no official release date announced yet. Prime Video confirmed 2026 but did not give a specific date or even a specific month at the time of announcement.
Based on what industry sources are saying and the fact that filming reportedly started recently, the most realistic window is the last quarter of 2026. October, November, or December 2026.
Panchayat has never been a show that rushes. Season 3 was expected in late 2023 and arrived in May 2024. The makers take their time to get it right and honestly — given the quality of every season — that patience has always been worth it.

PANCHAYAT SEASON 5 STORY — WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
Season 4 ended with something that left a lot of people genuinely upset. The election result. Manju Devi lost. The power in Phulera shifted. And Abhishek Tripathi now has to work under a new Pradhan — someone who may not be as reasonable as the previous administration.
Season 5 picks up from there.
The official synopsis says Abhishek will face a challenging work environment under new and possibly vengeful leadership. He is still dreaming about pursuing his MBA and getting out of Phulera — the same dream he has had since Season 1, the same dream that keeps not happening. And unresolved issues in the village are going to make everything more complicated.
